Mr. Blair has over 30 years experience in management, consulting, and international business. His international experience includes more than 20 years in both Europe and Asia. He has held positions in sales, marketing, product development and executive management. Mr. Blair is the past president of three companies including a joint venture in Japan. For the last twelve years at Apogee International, Mr. Blair has focused on international business development, with specific emphasis on emerging technologies, market research, product positioning and distribution channels. He serves on several company, association and educational boards, including the National Computer Graphics Association, the Product Development Fund for the State of Texas, the X-Consortium and the International Business Council for Texas A&M University. Mr. Blair holds BA and MA degrees in Computer Science and Physics.
